who’s behind wordstar?
I’m Tricia Crawford and I set up Wordstar to provide social media strategy, support, training and management specifically tailored to the needs of smaller and medium-size companies.. With a background of working at the BBC and at Redwood, Europe’s largest content agency, I am expert at translating marketing messages and brand values into compelling content. Understanding how powerfully this can work for small and medium-size businesses on social media, I enrolled on the CPD-accredited Social Media Associate Programme run by award-winning training company Digital Mums. This in-depth six-month course allowed me to transfer all my skills and experience in customer communications to the world of social media. I am also a CPD-accredited Certified Trainer.
